Bloodstock Festival announce ten new bands for 2026
Bloodstock Festival have confirmed ten new additions to the line-up for their 25th anniversary edition, set to take place at Catton Park from August 8–11, 2026.
Following last week’s announcement that BODY COUNT was performing at next year’s festival, now, joining the Ronnie James Dio main stage are BLACK LABEL SOCIETY, who will perform on Sunday. Led by guitarist and vocalist Zakk Wylde, the band return to the UK with their signature blend of heavy metal and Southern rock. Also added to the main stage are New Jersey deathcore outfit FIT FOR AN AUTOPSY, who will appear on Friday.
The Sophie Lancaster Stage continues to expand across all four days. Thursday welcomes Birmingham’s MANTIS DEFEATS JAGUAR, previous winners of the festival’s Metal 2 The Masses initiative. Friday sees the addition of theatrical black metal act BLOOD COUNTESS and sludge metal group GURT. Saturday brings Nottingham’s OUTERGODS, known for their fusion of blackened death metal and grindcore. Sunday’s Sophie Stage line-up grows with four new acts: doom/punk/blues hybrid NOISEPICKER, stoner doom band ALUNAH, death/thrash outfit FLAYED DISCIPLE, and Norwich doom trio ACID THRONE.
