Having just released their brand new album Hexenhammer (read our review here), the all-female metallers have come back with a statement of intent. Now, the band have released a brand new video!
In the video, which is available to watch exclusively below, drummer Lala Frischknecht expands on the band’s musical influences as well as explaining why they decided to cover the DIO classic Holy Diver on their new record.

Continuing to talk about their latest record, Frischknecht tells Distorted Sound, “I think we’ve progressed a lot because once you play for a long time, and we’ve been playing together for three and a half years. We’ve learnt a lot in the time leading up to Hexenhammer, and when we made the CD the songs felt really different, like the song arrangement and the songs themselves are so great and it’s a really good production. We’re really motivated and I think that’s why Hexenhammer is a really good album because we’ve progressed a lot, and Romana and Seraina always have ideas with the songs.”
Hexenhammer is out now via Nuclear Blast Records. You can purchase the new album here.
