Cabal sign to Nuclear Blast Records
CABAL have signed to Nuclear Blast Records!
Since the release of their debut album, Mark Of Rot, in 2018, the young Danish bruisers have slowly been building a name for themselves in the modern extreme music scene. Now, following the release of last year’s Drag Me Down, the band have taken the next step in their career by signing to metal label heavyweight Nuclear Blast Records. Following the signing, the band will hit the road this November on the mainland European edition of the Impericon Never Say Die! Tour alongside NASTY, WITHIN DESTRUCTION, DISTANT and more.
Speaking about signing to Nuclear Blast, the band says, “we are beyond ecstatic and proud that CABAL is now a part of the Nuclear Blast family. A lot of the bands that we grew up listening to and idolising were signed to Nuclear Blast, so joining the roster ourselves feels quite surreal, in the best way possible way, for a bunch of fanboys like ourselves. Having the opportunity to work with such an incredible team is truly a dream come true for us. This is a new and exciting chapter for CABAL. We can’t wait to release our best material yet with Nuclear Blast Records, and we’re ready to take our musical careers to the next level.”

I first saw the band in January 2018 at the When Copenhell Freezes Over event, when it was actually really freezing cold outside and they set the venue on fire with an intense soundtrack to the apocalypse. Since then, they continued to tour all over the world, from Japan to North America and became an unstoppable force of a new generation for metal. It’s no surprise that Matt Heafy (TRIVIUM) also took notice and joined them as a guest vocalist on their last album. The next chapters will continue to be surprising.
