Cage Fight release new music video for ‘Pig’
CAGE FIGHT have released a brand new music video!
The new music video, for the track Pig, is the latest single from the UK-based metal band and follows on from their previous single, IHYG (I Hate Your Guts), which was released back in August.
The new single features real messages sent to vocalist Rachel Aspe and other women, highlighting the issue of digital harassment. The track calls out the behaviour of men who send unsolicited messages online and channels rage into a direct, unflinching statement.
Speaking about the single, Rachel Aspe says, “Pig is the expression of my disgust of men sending unsolicited intimate pictures, messages, crossing boundaries and harassing women digitally. I’ve had hundreds over the years, and it’s crazy to think that everyday women regularly get these messages. I just wanted to scream my hatred to them, raise awareness of the issue and show solidarity to other women who experience this abuse.”
