Colorblind announce new EP ‘Who Sold You This Truth’
COLORBLIND have announced a brand new EP!
Titled Who Sold You This Truth, the upcoming EP from the Austin, Texas-based dreamcore quartet is scheduled to be released in September this year, via Solid State Records. The release marks the band’s debut EP for the label.
Speaking about the EP, vocalist Travis Moseley says, “we’ve been wrestling with who we want to be sonically, because we have a huge array of things we want to do. How do we condense all of those things down into one sound? We don’t even know who we’re supposed to be, and that’s the fun of it.”
Alongside the announcement of the new EP, the band have released a brand new single: Neversleep. The new song is the latest single to be released from the upcoming EP, following on from Car Crash, Needle Eye, Letdown and Misery Loves Company. Speaking about the new song, Moseley shares, “Neversleep is about caring so much it wrecks you. They leave, but you’re the one stuck with all the noise, the emptiness, the overthinking… and no matter what you do, you can’t turn it off.”
