Cradle Of Filth announce new album ‘The Screaming Of The Valkyries’

CRADLE OF FILTH have announced a new album!

Titled The Screaming Of The Valkyries, the upcoming album from the Veteran UK black metal band is the follow-up to 2021’s Existence Is Futile, and is scheduled to be released in March this year, via Napalm Records.

The upcoming album was produced, recorded, mixed and mastered by Scott Atkins at Grindstone Studios in Suffolk, England, The Screaming Of The Valkyries intends to beckon a brave new era of CRADLE OF FILTH misadventures; celebrating melancholic melody, blackened thrash, and apocalyptic existential dread with a grinning smattering of unbridled revelry.

Alongside the announcement of the new album, CRADLE OF FILTH have released a new song from the upcoming album; To Live Deliciously. The new song is the second single to be released from the upcoming album, following on from Malignant Perfection, which was released back in October last year.

Speaking about the new song, vocalist Dani Filth shares, “the song is about the celebration of life. Of indulging in everything unfettered from the conformities of religion, fashion or state. Free from guilt or constraint. As nature intended. It could be read as a hedonistic life code. And a positive one if not done at the expense or the suffering of others. To delight in simply ‘being’. Being alive and free in the here and now.”
