Damnation Festival announce Enslaved for ‘A Night Of Salvation’
Damnation Festival have announced ENSLAVED for their A Night Of Salvation pre-show!
Following their latest announcement (which saw ELECTRIC WIZARD and ENSLAVED) confirmed for the annual extreme metal festival, now, the festival have confirmed that ENSLAVED will be appearing at the festival twice!
Whilst the Norwegian band will perform 1994’s Vikingligr Veldi at the main event, for the A Night Of Salvation pre-show, the band will perform 2003’s Below The Light in its entirety for its 20 year anniversary.
Speaking about performing at this year’s Damnation (again), the band says, “Damnation, you’re in for a treat this year – we’re not performing one, but two very special shows for you. Below The Lights on Friday at the Night Of Salvation and Vikingligr Veldi at Damnation itself the following day. We’re looking forward to go back in time and revisit earlier chapters of ENSLAVED!”
Organiser Gavin McInally adds, “to land one of these unbelievably rare sets was special, to have both Below The Lights and Vikingligr Veldi takes a second to digest fully. We look forward to welcoming ENSLAVED fans from New Zealand, Japan and Hawaii for these unmissable performances.”
Damnation Festival 2023 takes place at BEC Arena, Manchester on November 3rd-4th 2023. Tickets are available now and can be purchased here.
