Daze Of June release new music video for ‘Matriarch’

DAZE OF JUNE have released a new music video!

The new music video, for the track Matriarch, is the brand new single from the Danish metalcore band and marks their first new music since 2021’s Tainted Blood.

The new song has been written together with Nicklas Thomsen [GHOST IRIS] and produced by Chris Kreutzfeldt [CABAL] and intends to be a deeply personal and emotional track that delves into frontman Benjamin Julian Ganzhorn‘s sudden loss of his mother.

Speaking about the new song, frontman Benjamin Julian Ganzhorn says, “Matriarch is about the death of my mother. The process of being completely broken and wanting to be destroyed, to the phase of acceptance and being able to go on living with the loss in the best way possible.”
