Devin Townsend has raised over £65,000 for the UK’s NHS!

As the world, and especially the live music industry, reels from the lockdowns due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, bands have been taking to livestreaming performances to bring some comfort to music fans across the globe.

In our ongoing thread detailing the bands and artists taking to livestreams, we reported on April 25th that Canadian musical extraordinaire Devin Townsend had planned three livestreams, with each concert’s proceeds will be a complete donation to a specific organisation. The second livestream (April 25th) sold 3420 tickets raising over £65,000 ($81,000) for the NHS in the UK.
