Devin Townsend releases new music video for ‘Jainism’

DEVIN TOWNSEND has released a new music video!

The new music video, for the track Jainism, is taken from the Canadian progressive artist’s upcoming new album, PowerNerd, which is scheduled to be released in November this year, via InsideOut Music.

Speaking about the new song, the artist says, “this next song was based on my connection to music in the mid nineties. Also the idea of what it means to rend yourself artistically to an unresponsive world in 2024. I referenced THE WILDHEARTS in the chorus, as Ginger is one of our generations greatest songwriters. In preparation for The Moth, PowerNerd is meant to look back and celebrate the past before moving forward. Thank you for the support…back to work here :)”
