Eidola release new music video for ‘Prodigy’

EIDOLA have released a new music video!

The new music video, for the track Prodigy, is taken from the Salt Lake City-based post-hardcore/progressive metal band’s upcoming new album, Mend, which is scheduled to be released in January next year, via Blue Swan Records/Rise Records.

Speaking about the new song, the band shares, vocalist Andrew Michael Wells shares, “Prodigy is about pursuing your passions to the highest extent possible while navigating the self-doubt and ego trip that comes along with it. It’s a message for anyone who’s ever had a dream in life and argued with the voices in their head telling them they should quit. The song is a dialogue between a creator and their own inner monologue telling them they’re not enough or they’re way too much. In the context of EIDOLA, it’s the final time we break the fourth wall and present an overture about the psychological journey it took to get where we are now.”
