Eight new bands added to Slam Dunk Festival!
Slam Dunk Festival have confirmed a further eight acts for this year’s events!
Joining the already-impressive lineup bill are returning Hackney punks THE KING BLUES, Canterbury emo collective MOOSE BLOOD, Aussie metalcore giants THE AMITY AFFLICTION, French pop-punk/metal mob CHUNK! NO, CAPTAIN CHUNK!, Arizona metalcore quintet THE WORD ALIVE, Brighton punks GNARWOLVES, New Jersey ska-punk outfit CATCH 22 and SHIKARI SOUND SYSTEM, who will be performing a DJ set.
Slam Dunk Festival 2016 will take place on the following dates:
Saturday 28 May 2016: Slam Dunk Festival North – Leeds City Centre
Sunday 29 May 2016: Slam Dunk Festival Midlands –Birmingham, NEC
Bank Holiday Monday 30 May 2016: Slam Dunk Festival South – Hatfield, University of Hertfordshire
Tickets are on sale now and priced at £42 or £47 with afterparty (18+ only). Also available for 2016 is a limited edition ‘Mega Ticket’ for £150. This ticket includes admittance to all 3 events and includes afterparties, wristband exchange queue jumps and a limited edition t-shirt.
