Elder release new song ‘Embers’

ELDER have released a new song!

The new song, titled Embers, is taken from the psychedelic heavy rock virtuosos’ upcoming new album Omens which is scheduled to be released in April this year.

Speaking about the new song, the band says, “Embers is doubtless one of the most energetic and upbeat songs ELDER has ever made, and really became the favorite to play while rehearsing to record Omens. It’s maybe the least traditionally heavy track from the record, but it’s certainly dense. Lots of interlocking guitar and bass lines, keyboards, synthesizer solos (thanks to our friend Fabio Cuomo!) – you can hear that we had plenty of fun making this album. Like any ELDER song, it’s best heard in context, and we’re excited to release the full record soon!”

When we originally reported the news of their upcoming new album, we said that the artwork for the upcoming album would be revealed in the coming weeks. Now, it has. The striking artwork was created by longtime collaborator Adrian Dexter.

Omens is set for release on April 24th via Stickman Records and Armageddon Shop.
