Enter Shikari announce UK tour
ENTER SHIKARI have announced a headlining UK tour!
Set for November and December this year, the tour will see the St Albans-based band touring across the UK in support of 2023’s A Kiss For The Whole World, which was released in January last year, via SO Recordings/Ambush Reality.
The tour will see the band performing in more intimate venues in towns that are often overlooked by more traditional major tours. The run comes of the back of their massive arena tour, which took place back in February (check out our coverage from Leeds and Manchester).
Support for the tour comes from TEENAGE WRIST. Tickets for the tour will be available from Wednesday, June 19th and can be purchased here.
Speaking about the tour, vocalist Rou Reynolds says, “people often travel considerable distances to come to live shows, so we feel it’s important for us to make the effort as well sometimes and play places that your standard tour wouldn’t normally. On this run we’ve got some smaller stops that we haven’t played in ages, sandwiched in with cities like Birmingham, Liverpool, and Glasgow, that we didn’t get to visit on our arena tour. As much as we love the bigger rooms it’s going to be killer to play some smaller sweatier places again, and as these will be our last UK shows for quite a while, we couldn’t go into hiding without one last visit to the Barras!”
Tour dates are as follows:
Tue 26 Nov – Foundry, Torquay, UK
Thu 28 Nov – Octagon, Sheffield, UK
Fri 29 Nov – Mountford Hall, Liverpool, UK
Sat 30 Nov – Gliderdrome, Boston, UK
Sun 01 Dec – UEA, Norwich, UK
Tue 03 Dec – Barrowland, Glasgow, UK
Wed 04 Dec – Globe, Stockton, UK
Fri 06 Dec – O2 Academy, Birmingham, UK
Sat 07 Dec – Lees Cliff Hall, Folkstone, UK
A Kiss For The Whole World is out now via SO Recordings/Ambush Reality.
