Eschalon release new music video for ‘Zealot’

ESCHALON have released a brand new music video!

The new single, titled Zealot, is the latest offering from the fast-emerging tech-metalcore band and follows on from their previous single, Denial, which was released back in March. The new single is accompanied by a music video, which was produced by Jake Ten with additional footage by Luke Bateman and Robin ‘Dobbin’ Thomas.

A blistering, high-energy aural assault, Zealot challenges the blind allegiance often demanded by faith and tradition. Relentless and unflinching, the track delivers groovy, pulse-pounding riffs and venomous vocals to mould a raw and uncompromising intensity.

Lyrically, the song tears into the dangers of unquestioned belief systems, calling out the chains of indoctrination fastened from birth. It’s a furious examination of religious structures that demand obedience, suppress doubt, and vilify curiosity. Zealot scathingly flips dogma on its head, highlighting the hypocrisy and self-perpetuating cycles that can exist within rigid belief systems. The track serves as a call to arms – a sonic revolt against the bindings, a challenge to escape the inherited masks we’re forced to wear, and a reminder that the truths we seek might not be in the heavens, but within ourselves.
