Evoken release new music video for ‘None’
EVOKEN have released a brand new music video!
The new single, titled None, is the second track to be lifted from the band’s upcoming album, Mendacium, which is scheduled to be released in October this year, via Profound Lore Records. The track arrives alongside the band’s first-ever official music video, directed and produced by Eva Tusquets.
Speaking about the single, drummer Vince Verkay shares, “None invokes a monk’s inner torment. It’s a cinematic descent between faith and desire.”
Mendacium tells the story of a fourteenth-century Benedictine monk, trapped in his cell by illness and tormented by pain, who encounters a hideous entity through a tear in reality. The album explores themes of suffering, delusion, and spiritual collapse.
