Extortionist announce new album ‘Stare Into The Seething Wounds’
EXTORTIONIST have announced a new album!
Titled Stare Into The Seething Wounds, the upcoming album from the Pacific Northwest-based deathcore/metalcore band is the follow-up to last year’s Devoid of Love & Light, and is scheduled to be released in October this year, via Unique Leader Records. The record marks a bold evolution in the band’s sound, expanding beyond their deathcore roots into a darker, more atmospheric territory.
Alongside the announcement, the band have released a brand new single Cycle Of Sin, complete with an official music video. Speaking about the single, the band shares, “we are thrilled to announce the release of Cycle Of Sin, the debut single off of our upcoming record titled Stare Into The Seething Wounds. This record is a vulnerable and brutally honest depiction of unprocessed trauma and the results of leaving your wounds untended.”
