Fates Messenger announce new EP ‘Eternal War’

FATES MESSENGER have announced a new EP!

Titled Eternal War, the upcoming EP from the UK metallic hardcore band is the follow-up to last year’s They Walk Among Us, and is scheduled to be released in August this year, via Greyline Records.

The upcoming EP was recorded by the band, mixed by Stu McKay at Studio  [DESOLATED, MALEVOLENCE, INGESTED] and mastered by Scott Atkinson at Grindstone [CRADLE OF FILTH, SYLOSIS etc].

Speaking about the upcoming EP, vocalist Tony Maddocks shares, Eternal War is a culmination of everything we are – hard-earned experience, raw anger, and a refusal to be passive in a world that’s spiralling into darkness. We didn’t form this band to coast on legacy. This is about what’s next.”

Alongside the announcement of the new EP, FATES MESSENGER have released a new song from the upcoming album; the title track Eternal War. The new single features a guest appearance from Tim Williams of VISION OF DISORDER.

Speaking about the new song, the band shares, Eternal War is a raw and unflinching reflection of the mental battles we all face. Having Tim Williams of VISION OF DISORDER feature on the track was an absolute honour—his unmistakable vocal presence brought a new level of intensity, capturing the unfiltered rage we set out to express. This track wasn’t created in a polished studio environment; it was a true DIY effort, recorded in our homes over countless sleepless nights. Every riff, every beat, every lyric and scream come from a place of total authenticity. This isn’t just a song—it’s a war cry from the edge of sanity.”
