Final bands announced for Bloodstock Festival
The final bands have been confirmed for this year’s edition of Bloodstock Festival!
Joining the Ronnie James Dio Stage on the Sunday, hotly tipped and rising death metallers VENOM PRISON will perform at this year’s festival! Unfortunately on the Sophie Lancaster Stage two bands have had to withdraw from performing at this year’s festival; MANTAR and SCARAB. However, folk metallers RED RUM and thrash metal outfit XENTRIX have been confirmed as their replacements.
Also included in today’s announcement is the final batch of bands from the annual Metal 2 The Masses competition. Friday will see Hitchin victors RAZE THE VOID, Oxford winners K-LACURA and tech-metallers EMBODIMENT whilst Saturday will showcase Yorkshire outfit HOOFKNUCKLE and HUNDRED YEAR OLD MAN. Rounding things out on Sunday are hard rockers SWITCHBLADE CITY, London tech progsters SENTIENCE, Birmingham’s alternative prog outfit NETHERHALL, electro rockers SEETHING AKIRA and Hobgoblin upload winners BATTALIONS. Also, old school thrashers UNITRA will perform on the Jagermeister Stage at this year’s festival!
