Fireball: Fuelling The Fire Tour announce Save Ferris and Hottest Band Competition

The Fireball: Fuelling The Fire Tour have made a new announcement!

After announcing that LESS THAN JAKEGOLDFINGER and THIEVES OF LIBERTY would be on the lineup for this year’s Fireball: Fuelling The Fire Tour, now, the tour has made a new announcement!

Iconic ska punk band SAVE FERRIS join the lineup as special guests and the tour has confirmed the Fireball: Hottest Band Competition, reinstating the commitment to new and emerging artists that Fireball have always shown, and bringing a fresh aspect to every date of the tour with a winning act joining the final line-up. The competition closes at midnight on Wednesday 31 July 2019. One entry per band, entrants must be 18+ on date of performance and at least two members of the band must be based within 30 miles of the venue they are applying for. Winners will be notified by Friday 9 August 2019 and announced on Monday 12 August 2019

Speaking about performing on this year’s tour, Monique Powell of SAVE FERRIS says, “the last time SAVE FERRIS played the UK with LESS THAN JAKE and GOLDFINGER, we had a blast! So we’re very happy to be coming back to see all our friends and fans again, we missed you!” Speaking about the Hottest Band CompetitionFireball Brand UK Ambassador Matt Reynolds says, “something that has always been very important to Fireball is supporting the up and coming. There’s so many excellent grassroots bands that never get the chance to be heard, which is why we started the Hottest Band Competition right from the very first Fuelling the Fire Tour. It’s also a great excuse for us to sit down and listen to some of the UK’s finest new music that’s not quite on the radar just yet.”
