Fires In The Distance release new music video for ‘Crumbling Pillars Of A Tranquil Mind’
FIRES IN THE DISTANCE have released a new music video!
The new music video, for the track Crumbling Pillars Of A Tranquil Mind, is taken from the Connecticut-based melodic death/doom metal band’s upcoming album Air Not Meant For Us, which is scheduled to be released tomorrow via Prosthetic Records. The video was premiered at Invisible Oranges.
Speaking about the new song, the band comment, “Crumbling Pillars of a Tranquil Mind is one of the heaviest songs from Air Not Meant For Us. A slow, crushing, and heartfelt dive, detailing the devastating processes of complete mental collapse. The song highlights Randy Slaugh‘s (TESSERACT, DEVIN TOWNSEND, PERIPHERY) orchestral contributions and brings forward deeply emotional passages through melancholy and melodic string sections.”
