Foo Fighters announce new album ‘But Here We Are’
FOO FIGHTERS have announced a new album!
Titled But Here We Are, the upcoming album from the American rock band is the follow-up to 2021’s Medicine At Midnight, and is scheduled to be released in June this year, via Roswell Records/Columbia Records.
The upcoming album marks the band’s first album since the tragic passing of drummer Taylor Hawkins, who passed away last year.
Produced by Greg Kurstin and the band, But Here We Are intends to channel the naiveté of FOO FIGHTERS’ 1995 debut, informed by decades of maturity and depth, But Here We Are is the sound of brothers finding refuge in the music that brought them together in the first place 28 years ago, a process that was as therapeutic as it was about a continuation of life.
Alongside the announcement of the new album, the band have released a new song from the upcoming album; Rescued.
