For You The Moon release new music video for ‘eightfortyfive’

FOR YOU THE MOON have released a new music video!

The new music video, for the track eightfortyfive, is the brand new single from the Leeds-based emerging pop-rock band and is their third single (following Talk and Lost Without It) since bursting onto the scene last November.

Speaking about the new song, frontman Isaac Cooter says, “I was in a relationship that was falling apart for long before it finally ended. Almost every Friday night, I’d be waiting in my car outside the station for 8:45pm for when her train would arrive so that became a period of reflection for me, running through all sorts of scenarios in my head.

eightfortyfive as a song was originally written on a piano – I was playing around with the opening lyrics and tried to map it out from there. It actually all came together just before the first lockdown – we were rehearsing for a show that would eventually get cancelled due to COVID-19 – and we just started trying different ideas out around this initial structure in this 15 minute window. And then lockdown hit and we had to finish the arrangement completely digitally which is weird because I feel like it’ll be a ripper live!”
