Fortress Festival reveal two new bands

Two new bands have been announced for next year’s Fortress Festival!

Following August’s announcement, which saw the likes of SULDUSK, AQUILUS, DEVASTATOR and ABDUCTION, now, another two bands have been announced for next year’s black metal festival in Scarborough.

Norwegian black metallers 1349 will headline the main stage on the Saturday of next year’s festival, following the release of their eight studio album The Wolf And The King, which is scheduled to be released in October this year via Season Of Mist. Also announced for next year’s festival is Danish one-man melancholic/depressive black metal project AFSKY.

Fortress Festival takes place at Scarborough Spa,  Scarborough from May 31st – June 1st 2025. Tickets are available now and can be purchased here.
