Gaerea announce new album ‘Loss’
GAEREA have announced a new album!
Titled Loss, the upcoming album from the Portuguese post-black metal band is the follow-up to 2024’s Coma, and is scheduled to be released in March next year, via Century Media Records.
Alongside the announcement, the band have released a brand-new single, Hellbound, following on from August’s Submerged.
Speaking about the new single, the band comments, “Hellbound is an intense and cathartic track, diving deep into themes of guilt, heartbreak, and self-destruction. With searing riffs and visceral vocals, it captures the tension between vulnerability and aggression, love and betrayal. Vivid imagery of fire, thorns, and restless ghosts amplifies its raw emotional weight, making it both haunting and empowering.”
