Greywind announce new EP ‘Antidote’
GREYWIND have announced a new EP!
Titled Antidote, the upcoming EP from the Irish alternative rock duo is the long-awaited follow-up to 2017’s Afterthoughts, and is scheduled to be released in March this year, via self-release.
The upcoming EP was jointly produced by Sam Guaiana [NECK DEEP, SILVERSTEIN, LIKE PACIFIC, INTERVALS] and THE WONDER YEARS guitarist Casey Cavaliere. It was mastered by Mike Kalajian [SAOSIN, NEW FOUND GLORY, CIRCA SURVIVE].
Alongside the announcement of the new EP, GREYWIND have released a new song from the upcoming EP; You’re My Medicine. The new song is the third single to be released from the upcoming EP, following on from Swing And Sway and Antidote.
Speaking about the new song, Steph and Paul O’Sullivan says, “You’re My Medicine is the story of our lives so far. Our story as individuals, our story as a family and our story as GREYWIND. It is a love letter to our fans for supporting us through our darkest times. They’ve saved us many times over by believing in us, in our music, and by standing with us in the face of trauma, grief, and adversity. Art is a two way street, and they are just as much a part of the songs on this EP as we are.”
