High Parasite release new music video for ‘Cold’

HIGH PARASITE have released a new music video!

The new music video, for the track Cold, is the brand new single from the self-described ‘death pop’ band and marks their first new music since their debut album, Forever We Burn, which was released in September last year, via Candlelight Records.

“Cold was lyrically inspired by Plato’s analogy of the cave, an allegory used to illustrate the relationship between reality and illusion, the journey from ignorance to knowledge,” explains bassist/vocalist Tombs says about the new single. “The idea of a person realising too late in life that there is no God, no heaven, no hell, no divine retribution, no absolution, and the panic and anger they would feel when it dawns on them that they are truly alone and can only hold themselves responsible for their actions.”
