Hollis Brown release live performance of single ‘Do Me Right’
HOLLIS BROWN have released a live performance video!
The New York based band performed a version of Do Me Right, one of the singles from their upcoming album, during a Music Human Live Session.
The band’s new album, Ozone Park, is due for release June 7th via Cool Green Recordings/Mascot Label Group, and is named after the area in Queens that the band first began rehearsing. Speaking about the recording process for the new album, guitarist Jonathan Bonilla says, “a big influence on this record was it’s the first time we’ve written a record when we’ve played big venues such as stadiums, ampitheater’s and festivals. So it’s written in a way of ‘how is this gonna sound in places bigger than a rock club?'”

Talking about the band themselves, vocalist and guitarist Mike Montali says, “what this band has, is a lot of heart. Lots of people have the romantic notion of joining a band, but when it comes to the grinding, they drop like flies. But the people we have in the band now, every single person makes the band’s sound.”
Ozone Park is due for release on June 7th via Cool Green Recordings/Mascot Label Group.
