Holy Fawn announce new album ‘Dimensional Bleed’
HOLY FAWN have announced a new album!
Titled Dimensional Bleed, the upcoming album from the Phoenix-based band is the long-awaited follow-up to 2018’s Death Spells, and is scheduled to be released in September this year, via Wax Bodega.
“We’re always going to be the same four humans making music,” explains singer/guitar player Ryan Osterman of the collection that they co-produced with Mike Watts [THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN, GLASSJAW]. “With every release, I feel like we’ve continued to learn how to best support each other both mentally and musically, which enables us to try new things. Personally, I think this record has truly allowed us to explore more creative avenues than we did with Death Spells.”
“Dimensional Bleed vaguely refers to a concept of multiple dimensions and timelines that could exist simultaneously,” adds guitarist Evan Phelps. “A lot of different media has alluded to this ideology, and I find the possibility of multiple dimensions intersecting and bleeding into others to be fascinating.”
Alongside the announcement of the new album, the band have released a new song lifted from the upcoming album; the title track Dimensional Bleed. The new song is the second single to be released from the upcoming album, following on from Death Is A Relief, which was released in advance of the band’s spring tour with DEAFHEAVEN.
