Honey Revenge release new song ‘Hot Commodity’

HONEY REVENGE have released a new song!

The band have unveiled Hot Commodity, a new single that explores authenticity, ownership, and the experience of being overlooked until success suddenly draws attention. The new song follows on from the band’s previous single, Poison Apple Baby, which was released in November last year.

Speaking about the track, vocalist Devin Papadol shares, “a ‘hot commodity’ refers to an asset that is currently in high demand, extremely popular, or highly valuable. It signifies something that is heavily sought after, often selling out quickly or being in short supply. There will always be people that want to take credit for your success, or say they’ve believed in you ‘since the beginning.’ The world will constantly try to force you into its molds and expectations, but it’s vital to be your most authentic self.”

Papadol continues, “Hot Commodity is about shamelessly being you no matter what. Being different is what makes you a hot commodity and those that don’t understand will be the same people applauding your success when you reach your goals.”
