I Prevail announce new album ‘Violent Nature’

I PREVAIL have announced a new album!

Titled Violent Nature, the upcoming album from the Southfield, Michigan-based post-hardcore band is the follow-up to 2019’s True Power, and is scheduled to be released in September this year, via Fearless Records.

The new album was produced by the band’s bassist Jon Eberhard and promises a darker, more intense sound, exploring themes of suffering, release, and emotional clarity.

Alongside the album announcement, the band have released a new music video for a new single from the upcoming album; Rain. The new song is the third single to be released from the upcoming album, following on from Into Hell and Violent Nature.

Speaking about the new single, frontman Eric Vanlerberghe says, Rain was one of the first songs we wrote for the record. As time went along and more songs started filling up the track list, it continued to be one of my favorite songs. Thematically, Rain deals with acceptance of things out of your control and finding clarity.”
