INTRODUCING: Drifted

Anyone under the impression that deathcore is a dying breed couldn’t be more wrong. There is still plenty of life in the genre which is still thriving with many bands that are more than equipped with bearing the torch ignited by bands such as SUICIDE SILENCE, ANNOTATIONS OF AN AUTOPSY and CARNIFEX, a shining example of this is Exeter based DRIFTED. Comprised of members Harry Davies (Vocals), Jay Tidmarsh (Guitar), Johnny French (Guitar), Ben Hampshire (Drums) and Steven Ladhams (Bass) the band have crafted material saturated with skull crushing ferocity which sounds like it was forged in the bowels of hell.

Their last release however was back in 2015 so the UK deathcore outfit are keenly poised to unleash their latest barbaric assault later this year as well as announcing their recent signing to Possessive Management and their involvement in the utterly savage lineup for INGESTED‘s album release show alongside some of the biggest names on the circuit such as OSIAH, ABHORRENT DECIMATION and A TRUST UNCLEAN scheduled for April 7. We caught up with some of the members of DRIFTED to find out what we can expect from their impending new material and much more:
