JeGong release new music video for ‘What Ever Happened To Gene’

JEGONG have released a new single!

The collaborative project of Dahm Majuri Cipolla (MONO) and Reto Mäder (SUM OF R.) have unveiled What Ever Happened To Gene, the third single from their upcoming album Gomi Kuzu Can, which is set for release on February 27th via Pelagic Records. The track showcases another facet of the duo’s boundary‑pushing experimental sound as they continue to sculpt bold new terrain with their latest full‑length.

Speaking about the new single, the band comments, “with What Ever Happened To Gene, we wanted to show that our music isn’t only driven by propulsive rhythms, but also leaves room for emotional spaciousness. The glowing harmonies and gently ascending melodies tap into a sense of nostalgia without becoming sentimental – that balance was important to us.”
