Jess And The Ancient Ones announce new album ‘Vertigo’

JESS AND THE ANCIENT ONES have announced a new album!

Titled Vertigo, the upcoming album from the Savonian occult rock band is their brand new full-length album and is scheduled to be released in May this year, via Svart Records.

What began on the previous record, The Horse & Other Weird Tales is taken further and deeper, towards a conclusion on Vertigo. Speaking about the upcoming album, songwriter and guitarist Thomas Corpse says, “to me this album sounds like a dark horse – a brother to the previous album. There’s a strange ominous feeling that hovers upon the entire album, maybe it’s the feeling of nostalgia that’s arising from the lyrics.”

Alongside the announcement of the new album, the band have released a new music video for the first song lifted from the upcoming album; Summer Tripping Man. The song’s accompanying animated music video was created by Giuliano Di Girolamo.
