King Goat announce new album ‘Debt of Aeons’

KING GOAT have announced a brand new album!

As you may have noticed, we teased yesterday that a new album was on the horizon, and now, the progressive doom merchants have announced that they will release their long-awaited second album titled Debt of Aeons in April this year! Speaking about the upcoming album, the band says, “the album is, in many ways, a reflection of the world in which it was conceived; the result of personal mental decline and the resultant pessimistic view of our species. This negativity permeates the record at an atomic level, seeping from between the riffs and spilling like bile from the lyrics themselves. Our sound further expands on the journey that Conduit began, exploring a multitude of paths to do justice to our vision. Debt of Aeons is upon us and we’re proud to release this record.”

Alongside the announcement of the new album, the band have revealed both the track list and artwork for the forthcoming record. The album artwork was created by Travis Smith (OPETH, ICED EARTH, AVENGED SEVENFOLD, KATATONIA and more). Both of which are available to view below:

the band will embark on a short run of tour dates in support to metal giants PARADISE LOST.

Debt of Aeons is set for release on April 20th via Aural Music. Pre-orders will be available from March 2nd.
