Lacey release new song ‘Dream In A Little Less Colour’
LACEY have released a brand new song!
The new song, titled Dream In A Little Less Colour, is the brand new single from the Nottingham-based alternative rock band and comes ahead of their supporting role to YOUNG GUNS on their upcoming UK tour. The new song was co-written by James Veck-Gildoi of DEAF HAVANA.
Speaking about the new single, vocalist/bassist Graham ‘Graz’ Turner says, “coming out of a fucking dark time in lockdown, we jumped in the studio with James to write something new, and before we knew it, within a day, we had the best song we’d ever written. Our new album is basically thematically dark content wrapped in a shiny colourful pop rock package, and this song definitely follows that thread. It’s about finding light where it seems like there isn’t any, and hoping for better days. Bit of an ask at the minute though isn’t it.”
