Lastelle release new music video for ‘Changes With The Seasons’

LASTELLE have released a new music video!

The new music video, for the track Changes With The Seasons, is the brand new single from the Oxford-based post-hardcore band and follows on from their previous single, Life In Silhouettes, which was released back in April.

The new single provides a glimpse into the band’s upcoming new EP, EXIST vol i, the follow-up to 2021’s Delicate EP, which is scheduled to be released in September this year, via self-release. More information on the new EP will be unveiled in due course.

Speaking about the new single, vocalist Adam Rigozzi says, “lyrically, Changes With The Seasons discusses my personal struggles with Seasonal Affective Disorder. winter months have always been the hardest time for me – as soon as the sun goes down I struggle to even keep awake which places a huge burden on my mental health. This song is about showing resilience during darker days, waiting for my personal summer, and learning to be present in the positive moments of life.”
