Lid Greyhound announce debut album ‘The Foam’
LID GREYHOUND have announced their debut album!
Titled The Foam, the debut full-length from the French rock duo is scheduled to be released in May this year as a self-release.
Alongside the announcement of the album the band have released its lead single Learnt To Drive.
Speaking about the song, the band comment, “Learnt To Drive is a natural entry point for us as the first real track on the album. It’s a song that echoes all the themes we talk about. The difficulty in communicating, the loneliness, the entry into a sometimes more difficult age, but also the struggle to try and change yourself all the time. The structure of the song reflects this to some extent. It starts in a melodic rock/pop style, before a break brought by this heavier and syncopated part. It’s a change of mind. And even though it feels like this part could fall apart at any moment, it remains solid on its foundations.”
