Loose Articles release new music video for ‘Sinead Loves Bitcoin’

LOOSE ARTICLES have released a new music video!

The new music video, for the track Sinead Loves Bitcoin, is the brand new single from the Manchester-based indie punk band and marks their first new music since their EP, Chaos, which was released in September last year.

“The song is about our pal and local legend Sinead Ferguson, who’s a band photographer,” says the band of the story behind the track. “She had her Instagram account hijacked by Bitcoin hackers who were posing as her and trying to sell everyone Bitcoin for £10,000. For a split second everyone thought Sinead was a Bitcoin dealer, so we turned it into a song where she was stealing your wifi and hacking your social media accounts to sell Bitcoin.”

Alongside the release of the new single, the band have launched a spoof NFT scheme to accompany the track, Sinead’s Bitcoin Fund, which will offer fans the ability to donate money to the band to unlock perks.
