Nights Of Malice announce new album ‘Chaos Exordium’

NIGHTS OF MALICE have announced a brand new album!

The New Jersey deathcore outfit have announced their upcoming full-length Chaos Exordium, set for release on June 4th via Bleeding Art Collective and Blood Blast Distribution (Nuclear Blast Records/Believe). The record serves as the long-awaited follow-up to their 2019 sophomore album Sonnets of Ruin.

Once again, the band teamed up with longtime collaborators Carson Slovak and Grant McFarland at Atrium Audio, the production team behind releases by BLACK CROWN INTIATE, AUGUST BURNS RED, RIVERS OF NIHIL, and THE GHOST INSIDE. Speaking about the creation of the album, vocalist Brendan McGrath reflects, “the whole album started to really come together once we wrote Ex-Mortis. We felt like that was the song that fully encompassed the current era of our sound… Our goal was to make the heaviest, most intense NIGHTS OF MALICE album ever… Our writing process always starts with guitar, so it comes naturally to us most of the time.”

Alongside the announcement of the new album, NIGHTS OF MALICE have released a new music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming album; Ex-Mortis. Discussing the album’s lead single, McGrath adds, Ex-Mortis had everyone in the band firing on all cylinders… It has fast riffs, brutal vocals, blast beats, crazy drum fills, heavy breakdowns, and a ripping solo. Everything you’d want from a NIGHTS OF MALICE song. The lyrics are inspired by one of my all-time favorite horror franchises, The Evil Dead.”
