Octoploid release new music video for ‘The Hallowed Flame’

OCTOPLOID have released a new music video!

The new music video, for the track The Hallowed Flame, is taken from the Finnish melodic/progressive death metal band’s upcoming new album, The Dawns In Nothingness, which is scheduled to be released in July this year, via Reigning Phoenix Music.

Speaking about the new song, bassist/keyboardist Olli-Pekka Laine says, “a doomy tune sung by Mikko Kotamäki which deals with love, longing and hope. The crushing theme meets a tender verse, creating a vulnerable balance before the heavy interlude hits. This ballad draws its influences entirely from the 90s, boosting the nostalgic vibe of the entire performance.”
