Octoploid release new song ‘The Dawns In Nothingness’

OCTOPLOID have released a brand new song!

The new song, titled The Dawns In Nothingness, is taken from the Finnish melodic/progressive death metal band’s upcoming debut album, Beyond The Aeons, which is scheduled to be released in July this year, via Reigning Phoenix Music.

Speaking about the new song, bassist/keyboardist Olli-Pekka Laine shares, “this track is an unlikely marriage between black and death metal, rock and medieval monk chants, rounded up by SWALLOW THE SUN vocalist Mikko Kotamäki. Even though the texts are very personal, the gloomy lyricism is not always to be taken literally. That’s just a part of the classic doom metal ethos in its finest!”
