Offal Fest announce lineup for 2026

Offal Fest 2026 has revealed its (nearly) complete lineup for next summer in Manchester, UK!

The three-day event will feature two monumental UK-exclusive headlining performances: DEVOURMENT will headline Saturday, while REGURGITATION make their first-ever UK appearance as Sunday headliners for an exclusive performance.

The bill also includes IMMORTAL SUFFERING, returning for another UK-exclusive set.
The international roster is stacked with extreme talent, including UNBIRTH, INVERECUND, BUTCHER ABC, FECUNDATION, GUTTURAL SLUG, DARKALL SLAVES, and KAKOTHANASY, alongside UK and Irish heavyweights such as CREPITATION (headlining the pre-show), STRANGLE WIRE, LYMPHOEDEMA, OVULATING CADAVER, REPULSED, and DISSOLVING ENTITY.

They join previously announced acts including LACERATION, TWITCH OF THE DEATH NERVE, EPICARDIECTOMY, EMBRYECTOMY, SCORDATURA, LIVIDITY, INFECTED DISARRAY, DISGRACING, and COPROCEPHALIC MUTATION. One final TBC slot remains, with details and day splits to be announced soon.
