Overgrow release new song ‘When You’re Not Around’

OVERGROW have released a new song!

Titled When You’re Not Around, the track is the alternative rock band’s first new music since their 2022 debut full-length Walls Of Mirrors.

Speaking about the new song, the band comment, “When You’re Not Around was the first song we wrote as a band. The song centers around the need some people have to use others to climb social ladders, and to discard of them when that purpose has been exhausted. When someone’s personal integrity is expendable to them, that person is better off left behind than wasting any extra energy trying to convince them there’s still a reason to stick around. Musically, it’s the best example of where we’re headed with our new music – we’ve taken our favorite parts of everything up until this point and made something new out of them.”
