Pleiades release new music video for ‘All At Your Mercy’
PLEIADES have released a new music video!
The new music video, for the track All At Your Mercy, is taken from the band’s upcoming new EP of the same name which is scheduled to be released in May.
Speaking about the track, vocalist Andy Calderbank says, “All At Your Mercy is lyrically about control and the catharsis we feel when we finally give it up. As Humans, we welcome consequence, reluctantly accept responsibility and approach the future with caution. I guess you could describe it as Agnosiophobia or the fear of not knowing what will happen.”

The Manchester post metal band’s upcoming EP was recorded at HQ Recording Studio in Manchester and produced by Joe Clayton (PIJN, LEECHED, WREN), and mastered by Brad Boatright (SUNN O))), ROLO TOMASSI, EMPLOYED TO SERVE, COLDBONES) at Audiosiege Portland, Oregon.
PLEIADES are a five piece post-metal band from Manchester brought together through their love of all things emo and alternative. Originally creating emotive instrumental soundscapes as a three-piece, the band held auditions for a vocalist to add an extra dimension. “We originally had people come in and sing JIMMY EAT WORLD’s Polaris but nothing quite clicked.” the band says. “When Andy (Calderbank) came in he was really up for having a go at one of the pieces we’d written and he just LET RIP! Honestly, I couldn’t stop smiling throughout. It was the combination of shouts, screams and his impassioned vocal style that caught our attention… we took him on straight away.”
All At Your Mercy is set for release on May 31st via AWAL.
