PREMIERE: Body Harvest – Dividium
We here at Distorted Sound are delighted to premiere the new music video from DIVIDIUM!
The music video for their track entitled Body Harvest is the sixth and final instalment of their ‘Briefcase Saga’ collection supporting their T.H.R.E.E EP release that follows a continuous conceptual theme.
The Yorkshire based quartet blend an intriguing range of styles that display a variety of melody and aggression. This combination has assisted in them amassing a considerable following and has provided them the opportunity to support the likes of EXIST IMMORTAL, VALIS ABLAZE and TESSERACT as well as appearing at 2019’s UK Tech Fest.
Discussing the inspiration for the track frontman Neil Bailey tells us, “the premise of the song was based on a single moment from about 10 years ago when I realised very suddenly that the relationship I was in was toxic and essentially over. It took me a long time to come to terms with it but I’m glad it happened. This song was something I’d always wanted to write but I never seemed to be able to find the right words, until we began writing Body Harvest. It’s the song I’m most proud of on the EP and the passion and devastation really comes through in the vocal delivery and lyrical content. The video neatly ties into the collection as at the end of the video the four gangsters return back to where it started, walking into the casino at the start of Send Nudes, which was the first video release of this collection.”
