PREMIERE: Flesh Church – Dog Tired

We here at Distorted Sound are delighted to premiere a new music video from DOG TIRED!

The Edinburgh based metallers have been firing on all cylinders in recent years, including extensive touring and an appearance at Bloodstock Open Air. Their latest effort The Electric Abyss which was unleashed in 2019 received a whole host of rave reviews and to keep the gears turning they are treating us to a brand new lyric video for the track Flesh Church.

Talking about the track guitarist Luke James says, “It’s a brutal slab of stinking evil riffs and demonic, well placed dissonance. The title came about with the band chatting about the riffs outside the jam room and from there I came up with the backstory and lore in the lyrics. It’s about a new age religion that offers salvation through sacrifice. That sacrifice being they will display your gutted husk on their church walls. A grim thought of where religions could potentially go and also excellent heavy metal subject matter.”
