PREMIERE: Make No Sound – Fellowcraft

We here at Distorted Sound are delighted to premiere the new song from FELLOWCRAFT!

The new song, titled Make No Sound, is taken from the Washington, DC based band’s upcoming new album, This Is Where You’ll Find Me, which is expected to be released in early 2021. The new song features a guest appearance from LIONIZE‘s Nate Bergman.

The new song was written during the prolonged isolation caused by the COVID-19 quarantine, with the band’s members sharing their prospective parts with each other through email, text messages and video chats.

Speaking about the new song, vocalist/guitarist Jon Ryan MacDonald tells us, “I wrote this song as a commentary on the Covid-19 quarantine. I wanted to showcase what it felt like as time moved on, and on, almost endlessly. There’s hope, confidence, and strength in the verses, but the song sort of falls sad, and laments into the chorus with feelings of depression, loneliness and isolation. It’s rather fitting, considering what we’ve all been through.”
