PREMIERE: Poison The Feed – Calling Apollo

Distorted Sound is delighted to premiere the brand new song from CALLING APOLLO!

Cardiff based rockers CALLING APOLLO released the second act of their two part The Great Depression saga back in February and the track Poison The Feed focuses on displaying a strong political message but adding a bit of a nostalgic vibe.

Speaking about the song and the music video, the five piece say “we’ve noticed a current trend which has recycled a lot of 90s styles/fashions but without any true reference. This video is a playful nod to those 90s influences that helped shaped our youth’s. The song is a snap shot of the propaganda used to to turn communities against each other to detract from the real perpetrators the worlds tragedies and their never ending mission to gain influence, money and power.”

For fans of COHEED AND CAMBRIA, BILLY TALENT and FUNERAL FOR A FRIEND, CALLING APOLLO incorporate a lot of high energy and melody into their music. Keep an eye out for future tour dates as they take their new material out on the road.
