PREMIERE: Traveler (Live Video) – Shaam Larein

We here at Distorted Sound are delighted to premiere the new live music video from SHAAM LAREIN!

The new live music video, for the track Traveler, is taken from her recently released debut album, Sculpture, which was released back in January. In a time where the COVID-19 pandemic has rendered live performances non-existent, SHAAM LAREIN will release three special live performance videos. We here at Distorted Sound are delighted to premiere the first of the trilogy; Traveler.

Speaking about the new live music video, Larein tells us, “to perform live is something that is super special to us of course, and how I see ourselves as a band and what I know what we are capable of achieving when we play our songs live, was very important for us to capture both on sound and image while making these videos. Therefore it was extra important that this had to be recorded live and nothing else. To collaborate with my dear friend and artist Gottfrid again was an absolute thing to do, I didn’t even hesitate with my thoughts or asking him. He basically turns everything to magic when he works. His creativity is mind blowing and working together always makes me calm, because I know that he knows his shit. We recorded the videos in an old brick mill in Uppsala. it was fun!”
